The coordinator is responsible for maintaining a client record system; Conducting pre-assessment tests, etc.; verifying contractor’s work and submitting invoices for payments; ensures quality control of houses being weatherized and follow-up; monitors services provided to clients; conducts follow-up to determine if service meets client’s needs; collects client applications and other documentation from Case Managers daily; and retrieves required information for reports as needed for compliance.
Graduation from a standard four-year high school or equivalent (GED);
One (1) year of experience in work closely related to the described duties;
Able to meet all required certifications after probationary and training period;
An HVAC and/or industrial background is required; Customer services skills are a plus;
Must have a high level of self- motivation, team work attitude, customer service skills and high level of organizational skills; and a Valid
Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint required.
LICENSE & CERTIFICATIONS:Valid Driver’s License Required.
