On Feb. 12, Holmes Community College’s indoor drumline initiates its first performance of 2022. Led by veteran director Jeffrey Brown, this ensemble of musicians are eager to display their musical prowess in the name of Holmes. Separating itself from all previous band groups like marching band, jazz band and concert band, Holmes’s Indoor Drumline is truly an entity of its own. Comprised of marching drills and theatric plot lines, Brown has conjured up a musical experience like no other. Brown proceeds to annunciate his hopefulness regarding this year’s concert stating, “I think people of all ages can appreciate what we’re trying to do here once we get the final product on the floor in a few weeks.”
