On Valentine’s Day morning at the Holmes Community College Ridgeland Campus, the Student Government Association hosted free photo ops, sweet treats and hot chocolate in the lobby of Ridgeland Hall.
The campus’ picture spot was decorated with balloons, hearts and props for fun student photo ops. Next to the picture spot, there were tables with Rice Krispie treats, cupcakes and hot chocolate.
According to Student Activities Coordinator Amanda Lindsey, who advises the SGA, the officers and representatives discuss ideas for activities on campus, many of which are themed around holidays like Valentine’s Day.
